Elijah Desmond is back with us to talk about investing in your team, and learning their love language. Dental practices focus on investing in products and services, and often times the least invested in (which is more important in the entire practice) is in their people. People have different love languages and how they would like to be invested in, which is important to understand each person's love language and how they are motivated. Culture is everything - invest in your people!
At just 15 years old, Elijah Desmon started his career as a motivational speaker for kids. His passion is changing lives by helping people realize the beautiful mind they were born with! He is a proud graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Dental Hygiene. Elijah has lived in Honolulu, Las Vegas and now resides in South Florida with his wife and 3 year-old daughter Chloe. In his free time, Elijah loves going on cruises!
