Driving new patients through online marketing- I'll give you my bias on this right out of the gate. I think driving new patients through online marketing is the second most important marketing thing that people can do. And they don't realize that the most important thing they can do is keep the patients you have. But, in order to get to where you can actually keep patients, you really need to drive new patients.
